True North Truck Co celebrates the art of adventure, classic craftsmenship, and a reconnection with exploration. Founded in 2019 by Shane Russeck a wildlife photographer and collector of 4x4s. True North specializes in only the finest examples of classic and rare modern trucks along with bespoke accessories and limited edition apparel. Nothing represents freedom and adventure like an American truck. We only sell clean low mile trucks or perfectly restored models with subtle modern amenities while maintaining the integrity of the design language these trucks are so loved for. What better way to get out and explore this amazing country of ours then in your own truck.

Our Guarantee: True North products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for the life of the product. Our guarantee does not cover damage, normal wear and tear, or abuse to the product. Keep in mind, the guarantee is for the life of your product, not your lifetime. The lifetime is determined by the amount of use that you've acquired from your product. As our mission is to keep our products in use, not in a landfill, we will always try to repair your product before replacing it. Damaged items that fall outside our guarantee will be repaired at cost. If a product is worn beyond repair, we offer a 15% discount on the purchase of a new item of the same model.

PRODUCTS

You have the right to cancel your contract or return the products within 30 days (14 days for watches) of receipt of the products, without any need to give reasons. Your right of withdrawal starts from the moment your order is received by you or your nominated recipient. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom made or personalized goods.

The easiest way to use the right of withdrawal is to return the product to us in accordance with the below instructions. If you are unable to return the products before the 30-day period (14 days for watches) has expired, you need to notify us of your intention to cancel, always within the 30-day period (14 days for watches).

You will need to pay the return postage. We recommend you to use a tracked mail system and retain proof of postage and we suggest you to insure the products to their full value. If we have to pay additional postage charges on your package, we may deduct the amount of such charges from any refund we send to you. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.

In any case, you must return the products to us in their original condition within 30 days (14 days for watches) on the date on which you informed us that you want to want to cancel your order or if you have not notified us that you want to cancel your order, within 14 days of receipt of the products.

Any products returned must be in their original condition

As long as any products you send back to us are in their original condition, we will refund your purchase within 14 days of receiving your package or proof that the order has been returned, whichever is the earliest.
